COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Back of House (BOH) operations of an event is key to the success of Front of House (FOH) operations.  In this course you will learn how to support the sanitation captain by understanding the relationship and needs of the culinary team, BOH operations including load-in, setup, breakdown, and load-out of rentals and, venue protocols and logistics and safety, coffee service preparation and refuse removal.
