The Back of House (BOH) operations of an event are key to the success of the Front of House (FOH) operations. The Sanitation Captain Certification course will introduce the proper communication protocols for the FOH management team and the BOH . It will teach the key components of managing BOH operations including the sanitation staff, equipment, inventory and check-in. Understand required event documentation (banquet event order, staff sheets) and identify event equipment requirements. We will also cover how to manage vendor relationships, venue safety protocols, requirements and regulations.
