COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Lead Captain oversees all operations of an event. In this course you will learn the proper skills to manage a team of captains, communicate effectively and delegate accordingly. Understand the steps to assist with event logistics, manage vendor relationships. How to conduct oneself at a production meeting and walk through and understand all aspects of a banquet event order and run of show. The Lead Captain Certification will provide the tools to achieve those skills.
